It is extremely important to have a log to see what unwanted behaviors your dog might have and what you have done to fix those behaviors. Examples of things you should track:
- Your mood and state of mind.
- Your energy level.
- The dogs’ energy level.
- How much and what physical exercise you performed with your dog?
- How successful was the physical exercise in draining your dogs energy?
- What mental exercises have you done with your dog?
- What behaviors and state of mind are you correcting, ignoring and/ or rewarding?
Also we would love to hear some of your stories. Did you rescue or foster a dog? Have you made good progress in altering your dogs behavior? Celebrate the good things you have done!
